Our Story
In the fall of 2020, we searched for someone to build us a fence. We weren’t asking for much; just an enclosure around our backyard to keep our pets safe and happy. After several phone calls to various contractors to request a quote, nobody showed up for the appointments we booked with them! This actually turned out to be to our benefit. Once we looked into the cost of materials for a wooden fence, and saw how the prices have increased, we decided to do some research on the best quality vinyl fencing available in Canada. Our research eventually lead us to a company called Direct Fencing Supply in Saskatchewan. Because there wasn’t a dealer anywhere near Huron County, the company agreed to let us purchase the materials directly from them.
We are no strangers to construction as we have renovated several houses, including a duplex and a triplex. We’ve bought and flipped three houses and we did the majority of the work ourselves.
Once we completed our fence, we thought it might be a good idea to build fences in our spare time. Our first customers, who are our neighbours, loved our fence so much that they wanted us to build one for them too! Upon reaching out to DFS after we built the second fence, they asked if we’d be interested in becoming a dealer. We jumped on board! Now, we are fully licensed as a contractor for Direct Fencing Supply. Installation is fairly quick – we are perfectionists – we will show up and we will get the job done! Guaranteed!
